TERMS and CONDITIONS lYour company becomes liable for a fee once a candidate, introduced by Othilla HR Solutions, commences employment, within your company, or your affiliated companies.
lThe engagement of Othilla HR Solutions' candidate will be deemed acceptance of all our terms and conditions of business, stated in this document.
lOthilla HR Solutions will be open to negotiate fees where volume business applies.
Fee Structure: Permanent Placement on Annual Gross
lThe fee is calculated on the annual
remuneration package offered to the
candidate, which includes the basic salary,
13th cheque, car allowance, company car
and any other taxable benefits in favour of the candidate.
lShould the candidate be discharged from
your employment due to incompetence, and
Provided we are notified within 10 days of
such dismissal,
Othilla Personnel Consulting, undertakes
To Refer further candidates for your
consideration as A free replacement.
lThis service is free provided the portfolio and remuneration are consistent.
Guarantee Period
lOthilla HR Solutions offers a 90 Days guarantee period.
On the day the successful candidate commences, whether on a permanent or casual basis, your company will be invoiced and the full fee is immediately due and payable.
In order to derive any benefit from the Guarantee System, the fee should be promptly settled and such fee must be received within 14 DAYS of the commencement date.

Accounts not settled in full within this period, will result in the Guarantee being forfeited and interest charged, unless otherwise a special agreement has been entered into by the concerned parties.
